Executive Technology Advisory
An ongoing advisory relationship with your leadership team. I help you decide where automation, AI, and emerging technology belong in your strategy, pressure-test vendor claims and internal proposals, and prepare you for board-level conversations about technology investment.
Automation & Operations Assessment
A focused engagement that maps where automation and intelligent technology will actually improve your operations, customer experience, and margins — and in what order. You get a prioritized roadmap tied to business outcomes, not a technology wish list.
Innovation-to-Results Guidance
Hands-on advisory through the messy middle: adoption, operational change, and customer growth. I work alongside your team as an initiative moves from promising idea to measurable results — keeping it honest against the numbers.
How an engagement works
A working conversation
We start with a confidential discussion of your situation: where the business needs to perform better, and what role technology is playing — or failing to play. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so and point you somewhere useful.
A clear, scoped mandate
You get a plainly written proposal: the question I'm answering, the work involved, and what you'll hold in your hands at the end. The person you meet on the first call is the person who does the work.
Counsel measured in results
Every recommendation is tied to an operational or financial outcome you can track. I stay accountable to those numbers — that's what makes the advice trustworthy.
Who you'll work with
Frank White
Founder & Principal Advisor
A one-person practice. On purpose. The person you meet on the first call is the person who does the work — and stands behind every recommendation.
Frank has spent 25+ years inside global technology organizations designing automation platforms, innovation programs, customer success frameworks, and AI initiatives that produced measurable operational and financial results. He advises executives with a practical, numbers first view of what technology can and can't do for a business.
For engagements that need specialist depth, Frank brings in trusted collaborators from a long career of working relationships — always under his direction, never as a handoff.
Today, that judgment is engaged. Frank currently serves as fractional CTO for True Blue Financials, leading technology strategy and modernization in financial services, and for The BMS Company, where he has architected and delivered multiple platform and integration projects.
